2006 Japanese Chin of the Year
The 2006 contest runs from October 2005 to September 2006.
The 1st PLACE winner will be named "2006 Japanese Chin of the Year" and will receive prizes from Personalized for Pets valued at over $200 which will include a Japanese Chin of the Year t-shirt, bumper sticker, small dog toys, personalized blankets & pillow bed, a solid Bronze double Japanese Chin head necklace and more from PersonalizedForPets.com!
1st PLACE winner will also have the opportunity to be on the cover of the 2007 Japanese Chin of the Month Calendar.
2nd PLACE winner will receive a free 2007 calendar and a reversible fleece blanket with embroidered Japanese Chins, prizes valued at over $50.00
3rd PLACE winner will receive a free 2007 Japanese Chin of the Month calendar and Chin totebag.

VOTING: This year's contest voting procedure will be different than those in the past. To avoid the issue of cheating the voting process will be three-tier:
30% of vote totals will be decided by 3 judges elected by the Japanese Chin Lovers Group.
20% of the vote totals will be decided by AJC Pups n Stuff.
50% of the vote totals will be decided by the public poll open below. Voting limited to one vote per day, per computer.
Below are the results of the contest. Public polls counted for 1/2 of the total points. The other points were awarded to the 3 judges and AJC to be divided among their top three favorites.
